At Fef Flip Flop Company, we take pride in producing custom flip flops that meet your exact specifications. Because most of our products are OEM/custom-made, our return policy is tailored for B2B orders with clear guidelines on defective goods, replacements, and responsibility.

📌 1. Custom Products Are Non-Returnable

All flip flops are made to order based on your design, logo, and size requirements. As such, customized items are not eligible for return or refund, unless there is a confirmed defect caused by our production.

🛠️ 2. What If There’s a Problem with My Order?

If your order arrives with manufacturing defects, incorrect logo, wrong color, or serious quality issues, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Valid return cases may include:

  • Major printing errors or wrong logo

  • Incorrect materials not matching approved sample

  • Size/color mismatch beyond tolerance range

  • Defective stitching or broken parts

📦 3. Replacement or Refund Options

Once we verify the issue (via photo/video or inspection), we will:

  • Reproduce the affected items and ship replacements, free of charge, or

  • Offer a partial refund or discount based on the quantity affected

⚠️ Minor variations due to manual production or material behavior may not qualify as defects (e.g., ±2mm size tolerance or slight color shift).

📷 4. How to Report an Issue

To help us resolve quickly, please email us with:

  • Order number & product name

  • Description of the problem

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

📅 Report within: 7 days of delivery

🚚 5. Shipping Responsibility

  • For confirmed defects: We cover shipping for replacements

  • For non-defective returns (if accepted): Buyer pays return shipping

  • We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by courier or customs

🔄 6. Order Cancellation Policy

Since production usually starts within 24–48 hours of order confirmation, cancellations must be made before production begins. Once manufacturing starts, orders cannot be canceled.
